Resolved Question: 1995 geo prizm weak cylinder # 1?

I have a 1995 geo prism stick shift with 205k miles. Its a 4 cylinder but it's running off 3. I still drive it but only to work and school which is fairly close to my home (3 miles)! With only 3 cylinders operating, can I take a longer trip that's 45 minutes to an hour away?
